We collect the following categories of information: • Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). • Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, and time spent. • Uploaded Content: PDFs you upload for conversion are temporarily stored to process your request. We do not retain uploaded files after processing is complete. • Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers to improve app performance. • Payment Information: Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: • Create and manage your account • Process PDF-to-audio conversions • Manage credits and billing • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts) • Improve and debug the Service • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Uploaded PDFs are deleted from our servers immediately after audio conversion is complete, typically within 24 hours. Audio files are retained in your account until you delete them or close your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@ovidioapp.com.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with: • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements. • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process. • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
